Gay Paycheck Affiliate Program Terms of Use

The following Terms and Conditions Agreement apply to the Gay Paycheck affiliate program. You agree to these terms
when you apply to be an affiliate in our revenue sharing program..

The following are prohibited uses of our affiliate program, prohibited marketing techniques, and prohibited types of affiliate traffic
for our Gay Paycheck affiliate program.

Prohibited Marketing Techniques

- Domain Cyber squatting. We do not allow any cyber squatting on domains that infringe on any of our trademarks or copyrights, including
misspelled domains.
- The use of spam or bulk email to market our program websites.
- The use of misspelled keywords of our domains in your websites.
- The use of our domain names or trademarks in Pay Per Click advertisements
- Mirroring our site on your servers.
- No removal of, or overlaying of our watermarks on marketing images or affiliate tools.
- No re-editing of our affiliate tools videos without prior consent.


Prohibited Traffic Types

- Blink link traffic. Surfers hate this and it converts very poorly anyway, so please send this traffic somewhere else.
- Bulk email or spam mail traffic
- No traffic from pages hosting any links to file sharing sites, hacker sites or warez sites.
- No traffic from pages containing Trojans or viruses.
- No traffic from any pages marketing illegal content.

Prohibited use of keywords

- Do not use any keywords to market our sites that contain any references to underage porn, under 18 models, or in
any way use keywords to suggest that our sites contain anything other than models over the age of 18 years of age.

General Terms and Conditions

Gay Paycheck grants a fully revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to market our sites, using supplied affiliate
promotional tools, or other marketing materials as allowed by specific consent of the program for the limited purpose
of promoting and marketing our websites only.

You may not, under any circumstances, use any of our promotional materials to promote any other site or program.

During your participation in the Gay Paycheck affiliate program, you must maintain and keep on file with us, a working
valid email address.

Gay Paycheck reserves the right to cancel any affiliate account that is suspected of, or one that participates in any
forbidden activities or fraud.

Affiliate payments are distributed directly from our billing agent, CCBill.com, and you are further subject to their
terms and conditions and payout minimums as part of our program.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age to work with adult products in your community to affiliate with our
Gay Paycheck program.
